So I've had a Fomar I've been working on for a long time now. Almost 300 hours and he was at level 114. I figured, what the heck, I'm at the ult. ruins, why not beat'em.
It was long and tedious till I reached Falz, then I whooped him (bosses just don't increase in difficulty like the levels do). Know what I got?
SQUAT!
woo! yeah man. I'm so happy.
At least I got to make a thread that takes jabs at Sonic Team to mask my actual attempt at bragging. 
Seriously though, why bother? You don't get anything but 30,000 exp. from falz and what you receive in the level. ( I assume in the neighborhood of 60,000 to 70,000).
Meh, whatever.

Solely for the EXP and the rares along the way... really, if you get to Ruins3 while hunting your Guld/Book of Hitogata/Prophets of Motav/other uber rare, you may as well beat Falz.
After lv200 though, there is no point whatsoever.

Because you have a chance of getting the fabled Olga flow DNA or the red ring on ult! Oh wait, no you don't, because the drop rates are disabled! So yeah, experience is about it

alrighty then, well now i have the bragging rights, now I'll probably wait until I'm in the neighborhood of about 150 before trying that nonsense again.

Well, with Olga, if you are in multiplayer you can see Flowen if you attack him with a Red Series weapon and leave it equipped until you pipe back down. However, you must be in multiplayer.
I have actually "single playered" in multi before to see that... Zelda just casted S/D, while Samus went and pwned the level.

does this have to be in Ultimate, or is it in any difficulty?
+what is wrong with a nice 30,000 EXP? it's like doing the whole of forest... well worth it i say,

I think It's ult or VH. I hear you can see rico to, after falz. But for that you need a dark flow or another dark weapon I think. And, you can't get one legit so...

There's nothing wrong with 30,000 exp, but I can get it much faster by routinely , repetitively, monotonously repeating the ult. forest.
heh.. oh.. i think there was some rhetoric there.

in my version it gives 9.000 exp, ok, the f,c,m bosses give a FAIR amount of exp, on dark falz it is a bit low, maybe 20.000 would be FAIR.
i do not see reasons to complain
and besides, it is the hardest chanlenge on the game (beating df), after defeating df i feel joy.
