not very, just go to hard forest and caves, gigoboomas drop them and so do nano dragons

Hehe, I found loads with my pal on multimode, I had a FOnewearl and he had a HUnewearl we were on caves hard with normal (non-rare) weapons.

I heard you can buy blade dances at the store in the japenese version if you are high enough level. something like that.
