Cost me £75 - thats on NHS. I still say treatment should be free. Only cosmetic work should you have to pay for.
£15 Checkup £10 for two small x-rays £20 for an 'OPS' (Full face X-ray) and £30 for a cleaning.
Also found out I need at least one filling which is going to cost £50 due to it being a white one. Finally the good news I need to goto hospital for a horizontal impacted wisdom tooth removal. What a great day

£75?! Ouch... that's the NHS for you really right there. I haven't been to the dentist for ages mind, never really had a problem with my teeth since i was in my younger days

And i don't think i'll be making a beeline for the dentist when i get home either!
Nevermind though, it could be worse then just having to get the one filling... :/

Fillings aren't so bad ya know.. at a dentist. 1st is nasty though.
mine said to be a month back "Now, unfortunatly we're going to have to make you numb"
me: "That's ok, I know what happens, stick it in"

or I said "That's ok, I know the precidure"
Well, it was something similar. The needle was owie, but the rest was good. Exceot for the nurse assistant who was rough with that suction thing. YEs you can guess I was saying naughty stuff in my head, for example "You bitch, that hurts!" xD
