Made 3 zones in...1 hour

ok i started to play pso at 15:00 exactly and after doing 3 zones i realized that i toke 1 hour to do it (59 minutes to be exact)
i did ultimate caves, then mines and forest.
is 1 hour good or normally you take less?
also i did what i usually do, i also destroy boxes in some zones, make 4 pouilly slimes,,.......
