Anyone like Halo 2?

Awesome game I think, can't wait for Halo 3. One of my favorite games. Favorite weapons: shotgun, energy sword, rocket launcher, and plasma pistol.

hm...Halo certainly is somewhat fun, but I'm just not a super-fun FPS kinda person. multiplayer matches are fun, though, because that game has its way of making it fun to blow the poo out of other people. I guess its just not the kind of game I really like.

mm, it is a great game, had hours of fun with it, my favourite weapon is the enrgy sword once its out of ammo, go on a beating frenzy then ^^

I prefer UT2K4 but halo 2 is still a can-o'-awesome indeed! If only it had onslaught mode and raptors...

Plus UT2K4 has so many mods, and it's actually built to support the community (it has a mod section officially planted into the game).

I now have all the halo characters, vehicles and some of the weapons for UT2K4 so I see little point in going back when I prefer UT's engine.

Plus now I can play as space marines. And I loves my space marines!

And then there's the Fyrian Cannon value.



However Halo 2 has some stunning levels and it has a great singleplayer storyline where as UT is like "Guess what? Kill a bunch of people - again!"

And also the beamsword r0x0rs my s0x0rs in my b0x0rs. I also like the way part of the storyline is not from the human persepective in halo 2. Playing covenant is so cool!

The one player and two player are cool. However two player is more entertaining to me. Owning my friends is pretty fun.

I agree with Poo Fly, beating frenzys are fun =). Plasma grenades are too when you stick them on someone else lol.

yeah, I really am not too in love with this kind of game, but going over to a pal's house for some pure blowing up can be a blast. haha, get it! blast! in other words, Halo 2 makes stuff good.

gotta love the multi-player co-op, Halo 2 is an awesome game...

and i am currently am sitting here doing nothing. Waiting for it to come out,

I've been playing Halo 2 since launch, up until about last month. Non stop multiplayer since. However, I, along with alot of the professional players, think that Halo 1 is a better game. It's alot more fun to play competitively, and alot less stressful (If you play Halo 2 online for a length of time, you'd know what I mean (Standbyers, modders, cheaters and bugs).

But yeah, it is a fun game, and the community behind it are one of the best Ive come across. Apart from the folks here, of course :p

I despise Halo 1's Health system, although i prefer 90% of the weapons...
