Since I've been hacked I thought about using this cheat where you do battle mode and die a lot so it levels you up then quit or something like that and it saves your level that you got. I want to know if this messes up the game in any way or if you guys think I shouldn't do it cuz it's wrong or something like that. My brother showed it to me and it didn't seem like anything bad happened but I want to be sure so I made this thread.

So you can level up using the process through Battle Mode where you level up by 3 or so levels everytime you die... and then it saves your score when you exit AND your level? Yea, it sounds pretty dam dodgy.
Of course, it's not right, even if you have been hacked and pushed to the bottom of the pile after so many hours of previous gameplay. And who knows how it'll affect your game, but in the end i guess it's your choice!

Yeah but you can't just quit in the battle I think you have to use a telepipe or something special to get out of it. Anyway I think I will bring my level sorta close to what it was (not any higher than 98 though) unless someone tells me it will mess up my game. And then it would be like I wasn't hacked except I wouldn't have my ASUKA, God/Powers, and SHIELD OF DELSABER.

I've personally never heard of anything screwy happening after using this method. Not to say that something wont happen.

Well I think after a couple more posts I'll have enough info to make my decision but I still don't want to be considered a cheater. I just want my guy to be around level 90 again. Do you guys think I would be considered a cheater? Should I make the level I'm using the cheat to get to lower? Post your opinions and anything it might do to jack up the game if you know anything thanks for posting.

Some people will consider you a cheater if you don't work to get your levels back. Some won't, this is a near endless debate which no one will ever win.

Ok I'll think about it since it doesn't mess up the game and if someone would think I'm a cheater why tell them?

Okay... here's in full-detail how the code works...
It REQUIRES an Action Replay... which instantly makes it cheating...
It's like you said, you go to battle, choose Rule 1 so you keep your current stats and weapons and such, then once battle starts, you unequip yourself and get killed a bunch of times. When the timer is nearing 0... the person who has the "Use Ryuker anywhere" cheat enabled using their AR will cast it and the person who got all the level ups will go through said telepipe, and quit the game.
This not only increases your level by 3 for each death, but it also increases your SPELL LEVELS by 1 each time you die, but ONLY for those spells your character currently knows.
I only know all this because I had to help get everything setup to help restore a friend of mine who was at level 198 when Optimus #*&$ corrupted her. So yeah... I suggest not doing it unless you had 200+ hours on that character.

Nope. It just makes you a filthy cheater if you raise your stats even the slightest bit higher than they were before corruption.
