That's not unexplainable... that's just weird.
This is unexplainable: how does paralysis work? I mean- you can run and walk and press buttons but you can't attack? Eh? It doesn't make sense!

The character gets confused, but not the confuse in the game, this confused is were it takes him a while to reallyse were he is like when you crash you can still use your legs but the control of your arms is gone and when you try to so samothing they do something else, they know this so they dont use their arms. This would be Shok.
Paralisiys would be that you break your arms and The antiparalysiz is kind of an instat bone healer.
