Wrong, you just need TTF. At some point during the quest (after the dragon?) go to the hospital, there will be a warp. Take it, equip your BOPP and stand under the waterfall for... Ages. Eventually a chao will smell the leaves of your weapon through the water and it will leap onto the stick making SoC (Striker of Chao) which doubles Shifta and Deband range as well as muchly boosting MST.

almost 111 on my RAmar, i only ahve about 20k to go til i lvl, im gonna work some more on finding a yasminkov 9k
Doesn't PSO-Plus have offline TTF? It definately has the towers offline
