when it says "currently unobtainable" on an item what does that mean? (besides the obvious) does tha tmean it just can't be obtained now or it never can again. also about the "ragol" weapons. are they actually obtainable or are thehy just like fan art?
Currently unobtainable means it can't be obtained. Obviously. The Ragol weapons are fan-made.
Under sega Standarts yeah, some weapons are unobtainable.
Oh that's right. I suppose somebody/a group of players should/could take it upon themselves to list an updated item database sometime, since the official servers are dead and buried.

Who made the Ragol weapons, I don't remember? I know on Scht the RR has a 1/64 drop from Falz.
I think it was Anti Hacker... Could be wrong though.

yeah it's somewhere around 2000. of course if you have the time normal could be better because it's simply easier
Normal is 1/2000. I think v.hard is like 1/200 though, so that would probably be the best bet. You can also get the Red Ring for beating Tyrell's Last Hope on ultimate without dying once.
