I like it! Although if I had made it I would have changed:
1) Having the ability to see what everyone relevant has equipped & what lvl it all is before trading/buying.
2) Yup, the AI is annoying.
3) Give the main charactor the ability to interact more with team mates, like congratulate them and stuff on lvl ups (sad i know)
4) More gifts through the Ryu books (am obsessed with collecting them!)
The Ryu books I found by the end of Infection were okay but it wasn't anything I couldn't live without, so I have to agree with you. But what do you mean by being able to see what everyone has equipped and what lvl it is? You can go to the menu and scroll over to your chars and see what lvl stuff they have on......

Like in other RPGs where you have a box telling you if the item you are buying is better than what you have equipped........ Would be V Handy!
Oh, okay. I get it. They DO make it harder by making you go to your menu and check first and THEN go to the store and see what they have. Makes for that extra step that wouldn't be neccessary otherwise.

It's all the same. Very cool. Even if I still haven't beaten Skeith in the first one.
The .hack games are cool but they are way to short! I wud bother to play all of the games but im not paying £40 per game in series when each 1 has less than 20hrs gameplay.
Sorry about the rant but they do seem very short in comparison to the ff series which introduced me into rpgs. :S
In all honesty anyone who actually gets into the series finds out it sucks. The company that made it stretched it just to try and make money not to make good games. Maybe this should be locked...
