You can still get reported for spamming though =/. Im sticking to the english setting on my EP III, no point in changing language to avoid FSOD. You dont loose anything if you do and its rare finding people who do FSOD anyway.

I don't think i've ever had the pleasure of meeting anyone who intentionally FSOD's people. I've got FSOD a couple of times, lost some decent legit weps to it too. *Remembers Berdysh and Destruction Comet*
Thats because noone can FSOD in episode 1 and 2 unless your entering lobbies. We are talking about episode 3.
