You don't have a system for reporting profanity, or racist remarks, theft, etc.?
Yeah, there's a web page somewhere, but it's like repoting to a brick wall.

Xbox has available through the menu options while your playing to report different things, displaying the menu tags of everyone you've hooked up with through the session. I know of a few that have had warnings, but it seems to take a large amount of complaints from many gamers. I guess it has to so that things don't turn into a spam and revenge situation.
i really hate FSOD and Sega know how to fix it but are too lazy boooo hiss bad bad hackers. I don't really mind those that do not affect others peoples playing and fun but lets face it FSOD is a pain in the neck.
It's OK if it doesn't happen whilst you're saving, aslong as you've deposited everything beforehand.
yay now im inconvenienced by having to deposit everything all the time..... I would much rather have a better way around that stuff

Since you cant rlly see anyone on PSO in real life it would be a bit difficult (but still possible) to make racist comments. Unless you were insulting there character like
"All androids are crapo!"
Then ppl wud be like "OMG ure dissing my char, is it because hes android? racist!"
