I heard the same thing but i never found it... i heard you could unlock Tenchi from Tenchi Muyo but i never worked that out either

Tenchi would be boring to use though. He'd just use his jurai sword and suck with it.

You can be giga bowzer by using a cheat device but thats the only way

Not like it would matter. I wouldn't have used him anyway. I don't even like using bowser. Damn that hoax about being able to unlock sonic and tails in Cruel Melee, it was in EGM and looked so official. Turned out it was an april fools joke.

lol cant trust anything anymore, with Giga bowser you wouldnt be able to move it wouldnt require any skill to hit anything and would be uterly pointless, you are right to not care
