That's the one thing I never fully knew about... but Apple's luck was 17 or 19 and she found a whole ton of rares!

Yeah, the LCK is how often you'll get a critical hit. I think the amount of rares you find depends on the time in beats.

Well, people are entitled to opinions, but I, for one think that it's totally true. I once went through hard Forest , without finding a single rare item, I went through again and found 2 Varistas, a Rappy's Wing and a Boomas Right Arm. That was enough to clinch it for me.

Check this site. Luck is about critical hits, Im 100% sure about that. The items you can find and how often you find them is based on the beat time. Check bottom right corner of menu. Read the faq of the site and try to understand. It works too! I get tons of good items just by killing the right enemies on the right time.
I found a rare in the caves this morning. It was called... TALIS and its a weird card thing. I found it at 175 beats, Lv34 SKYLY ID. You beat Rol De Le at 175 beats. I repeatedly found Evasion Material and Luck Material in the round as well... . Just a tip.
Anyway, the difficulty and beats are the only things I know of that affect rares. I dont know if online has an effect on it, or Luck for thar matter.

back to the main point i think he was asking for a location and i think it it=s the ult seabed. There are the best items in there and u get lots of exp.
Ur luck tells u how accurate ur specail atacks R a high luck means a high spaecail atack rating! Finding rares depends toatlly on how many hours u have for that character that ur playing w/! :bandit: :bandit: :bandit: :bandit:
