If you want power be a hucast if you want to actually hit people when you attack be hucaseal.
Hucast are so much better. HUcasteals dont get nearly as much power but get higher accuracy and evasion but not as much health. HUcasts have the highest atp and second highest hp in the game. plus if u have a problem with accuracy, just add dex on ur mag!
neither is better, it just depends on what you want statwise on your char
HUcast has 3rd higherst HP, not second.
And there's nothing good to HUcaseal compared to HUcast or RAcast -- yes, RAcast, he gets all stats bar EVP above HUcaseal's at max, and he's a Ranger.
Each person has a certain kind of character that suits them. I thought i would love a HUcast when i first got PSO but after a while i realised that i prefer to use at least some techs. I think HUcast is more common than HUcaseal but that doesn't mean they are better. HUcast is easier offline but i think i would prefer HUcaseal online.
I dont exactly prefer hucast but after lv100 i knew i couldnt delete him so i just kept playing.
Once your Hucast gets a high enough level, his relatively low ATA will not matter as much.
I have a 182 Hucast and he hits most of the time! Btw, Hucasts are lethal with Charge vulcans.... stick pair on that andriod and see the enemies fall.
At low levels its hard to hit right now i hit most of the time.
