There has been some pretty heated debates on best ranger so i just wanted to know where everyone else stands.

This thread is not about liking but about deciding which is the best RA! Maybe others should do better reading.
Im going to go with RAmarl on this one
I say RAmarl because mixing magic and physical damage can be powerful. usually i would pick RAcast but we are talking who is the best not the favorite.

yes, but the guy clearly stated that he likes RAmars, not that he thinks RAmars are the best. Nonetheless, your argument about RAmar not being the best is still valid - just not very well timed.
