I give the game My two thumbs up, I love it.
Having to choose the right combo cards at a fast pace is great.
i played the demo at circuit city...
i'm planning on buying it when it gets cheaper or....
buying it preplayed...
The only real redeeming factor of the game is the combat. Teh VO's suck way worse than TOS. The music is.....decent. Had I known the suck fest the game would be, I probably wouldn't have bought it. The dialouge the characters say are stupid, add the voice overs to that and my ears start to bleed. Only get it if you want a nice twist on the card combat genre. I'm not trying to mislead you or make the game sound totally craptasticl, but since it's an RPG and that means story intensive, the story severly lacks in this game.
Why don't you just do what I did with Tales of Symphonia and turn off the voice-acting?
Heh, I read the reviews for voice acting and I really didn't see the big deal to it.
Sure they are not the best voice actors but I can bare them they sound just under normal quality.
