hmmm in a way that would be cool for androids to use techs, but that would make no since tho :S they have AI (i think)...lol!!!! XD
well technically that dsent matter because theyre techniques not some magical mind powers (even if mental strength does help to improve them). If nothing else because an android could focus all its efforts on the tech with no threat of distractions wouldnt they make the best forces? lol, how about a FoCast or a Focaceal? Sounds insanely unbalanced to me! Traps and techs?

Ok back on topic there is only 1 way a HUmar can use techs at lvl 30, is the goe cheat that u can equip nething or the have all techs cheat which does what it says
That's not the only way, if you're not just a script kiddie, then there are other illegitemate ways for hunters to equip lv30 techs....not that it really matters anyway.

on my first day back online i met a android useing techs... his excuse was that after 1000 hours you can (yes i know he was lieing and it was a hack). anyway, on the bright side he seemed to have almost no tp... he was almost constently useing fluids.

Recently, A LOT OF HUNTERS have been using Megid/Grants, and high level techs...
...If they can, us forces will lose our edge on them... We will no longer be wanted/needed, for S/D or backup...
