no, you can not hack techs to higher then they can normaly go, but you can max them for a character that normaly couldnt by hacking
I dont think there is, but if there is the only thing i could say about it is that the levels would over level 30
Well if 'hacking' is to bring stuff not originally planned to come/be in the game that way then heres my theory:
U hack
4 God/techniques
An frame wit 4 slots
max spells
this sums up to equal
lvl 42 techs
Edit: or god/technique++ which would mean lvl 50 spells o_O

equiping god/tech or any other tech lvl increasing item will not make them go over the limit

HOLY CRAP, thats friggin awesome.........I didn't think that would actually happen though. I thought it maxed out at 30, then again.....with Kefka explaining about Mixing 4 different Photons. I guess it can be possible.
