when doing SotH you have to do the choices "Scold Elly" and "Jump Off" when you get them. you also need to use only the correct computers in the control tower. at the end of the quest, you'll need to talk to Elly with 1 open inventory space and you'll get the ring. be carefull not to lose it, or you'll need to use another difficulty to get another! this all has to be done after doing the Sue and Bernie subplot
i was playing the "retired hunter" last night and at the very end of the quest, Donoph got paralyzed by a belra. when he fell down dead in the cut scene, he still had the orange zigzag lines flashing on him.... and since you loose any status illness when you die, that means he really wasn't dead!
ive seen all the steps needed to get the ring and screw that my buddies all the work isnt worth it and besides all the enemies are what makes seat of the heart fun
