Thanks.
Can I connect the Nintendo Broadband adapter to a HUB?

Erm, i dunno wot exactly happens with BB, with me neva havin it n all! Best 2 ask sum1 else here, like decs, or it mite tell u on http://www.nintendo.co.uk/online
I need to be 100% sure that it conects to a HUB.
I have modem but i know a few things about BB cus my freinds have it and so does decwxaqz and proj3ct zero probobly others too.
Need to know,if it isn't I'l probably have to strech a wire around the house (or take the gamecube there)everytime I play online.
Yes it connects to a hub. The BBA is just a network card really for the GC. You set up it like any other PC on your network as far as I know. I set mine up using ICS (which is like a HUB I suppose) and an ethernet card.
I called backup

lmao
I think hardwarely it conects(The BBA uses a RJ45 cable and my HUB uses RJ45 too). But softwarely, would it work,I mean would the PC detect the GC and vice-versa?
I don't want to pay for an import and then know it doesn't work.
Do you already have a HUB and net connection sharing setup Thesord? Id recommend getting a router (with built in switch) over a hub if you havent already bought one...
router?! yeah thts wut all my freinds have. All my friends say those are more conveinent and work better.Smile
I have a HUB and I'm not going to get a Router, and u can say I have a net connection sharing setup(It's a bit complex. The internet comes from the modem to my firewall PC with Linux, than it's shared to my HUB,and then sent to the other PC's.I presume that once I conect the hardware I have to turn on my firewall PC(Linux)to play online).
