I'm not too worried about my computer running the game. My lappy ran the WoW open beta with ease! Smile

To reiterate what my problem is... I'm really looking forward to Episode 4 but, I rarely get to play games anymore and already having put 200 hours in PSO+ is a large investment for me. To add to it... I'm starting my first independent study this semester. It's over .hack on PS2 so I'm also going to be busy sitting in front of my PS2 this semester. (I'm studies in fairy/folk tales and right now I'm looking at a "modern" fairytale Smile)

Is Episode 4 worth if I have to start over with the little time I have for gaming... I'm just not sure yet!

Really? Hmm, now where can i get i get my hands on this release (i'm totally new btw)
The open beta... come and gone, come and gone!(In America atleast, not sure about other parts of the world)

But if you'd like to get an idea of the laptop I've got... It's a Compaq Presario r3240us.

-AMD Athlon64 3200+ (2.2GHz)
-512mb RAM
-Nvidia Geforce4 440 Go w/64mb RAM
*and a bunch of other stuff that doesn't really matter when it comes to graphics.

They're decent laptops... pretty good for gaming(I was also able to run the Doom3 demo decently w/out slowdown). Will definitely be able to run Blue Burst.
Ah man thats cool, i just realised that WoW has nothign to do with PSO and is some sort of other online rpg type afair. Well the laptop i run is:

Compaq Presario 2178EA (couldnt find a link on the site, mustn't be avaliable no more)

-AMD Athlon XP2500+
-1.86 GHz, 512mb RAM
-RADEON IGP 320M

Now i don't know a lot about graphics cards and whatnot but i suspect that that isn't gonna get me far in the gaming world these days.
i live in america and im getting broadband soon but since my computer is crap i wantbe to play it so im not getting it :'( :'( :'(
I live in the US so i'll probably just get it when it comes out Big Grin
A US release of Blue Burst?! Alright!! I'll import three copies, one for me, my display shelf, and me.

Oh wait a sec... I'm IN the US... forget importing from the US... just have to import from a store that will sell it. And I KNOW it won't be in my area. ^^
if you were to import it you would need a freeloader disc as this is the only way to play foreign games on a gamecube, i found this out when i imported my animal crossing and i didnt work after hours of checking on the internet i found out why.
Blue Burst is only available on PC...
I live in america, so I might get it. I definitely wouldn't mind starting over to play Episode 4 Tongue
