I've heard rumors that u get this the same way u get Akiko's Frying Pan, except on ultimate. That true? If it's not how do u get it?
That is not true, you get it by achieving S-Rank in offline Challenge mode.
How fast do i have to beat it to achieve s-rank? then what do i do next?
you just get the item when you beat it...
i believe it's random after that...
i went through challenge mode several times, got a god sheild seiryu every time...
soooo....
must be substancially faster than what i was going at...
i'd reccomend getting a guide for challenge mode...

After the release of Green Ring, B-rank acctually is the best you can get in Challenge mode offline.

No, on or offline status has nothing to do with it.
You get B-Rank for completing Challenge mode.
You get A-Rank for completing Challenge mode within 13 hours for Episode 1, 11 hours for Episode 2.
You get S-Rank for completing Challenge mode within 7 hours, 5 hours for Episode 2.
If you get S-Rank the first try, then redo any stage twice to get A and B rank prizes.
