Well I am new on these forums..So I would like to greet everbody on the forum. I have a Hucast lvl 19 and I currently have a Draw brand +17 and I was wondering were could I get a better weapon?

Yes, that is the best advice. You may also want to check the shop frequently. If you look carefully enough, you can even get weapons there with EXTRA HIT PERCENTAGE. A bonus to accuracy.
I am going to check the shop as often as I can...But I don't really know how to recognize weapons with extra hit percentage.
The main problem with buying @ Shops are the tremendous dollar figures. But you can find some decent weapons there - that is some good advice. And as you go, you'll run into some rare weapons too, so yay!

The way you check is you hit the R button until you get to the screen where it shows percents. If the weapon has hit percents on it it will show up as the fifth percent. If it doesn't have hit percents then it will not even say "Hit Percentage."
Oh, and welcome to the site.
you'll also start to find a bunch of special weapons once you reach hard mode, and those will help alot. until then, don't go using anymore grinders on your brand, it's a waste. save you're grinders for better weapons.

HAI TO YOU!!1! *cough* welcome. Dont bother with the shops till later in the game. decent things dont start apearing till about level 60 imho
Yeah V-hard is when the shops start producing better stuff.
in normal i always find very good stuff(for normal) in the mines and ruins
