You can get Reckie the Monkey thingy. Thats about all I know of the other Billie Hatcher things.
Clippen gives 1 Ap to all surrounding people, and works well in my AP booster deck. Spigell, Clippen, Hyze, and random 2 point creatures.

Richie was one of the cards I wnated if I got PSO ep III, if I ver get PSO III Clippen will be a freebie with Sonic Team data, thats just great.
You get clippen from billy hatcher data, but where do you get richie? I thought you got Recky (the monkey) when you do the future forecast quest (you face break and orland) and cliffier from beating kireek.

Clippen is cool.. but now that i have seen this Richie card... i will have to own it! HAHA! I will complete that quest (I was pretty sure i had already completed it but i guess maybe not...).
