I saw this on pso-world, and they say that is true. This Japanese got it legitly. That's what they say...I don't know if it is true. Can anyone confirm for me, if it is true or false?

It's bull-loney , you can only get it legit on BB, and I heard about this waaaay before the PGF and RR were released for BB.

I still don't see how you can consider Mericarol and Delbiters to be non-regular enemies since you will garunteed see atleast one in any run through of GDVI/Seabed. So they appear normally, unlike a Pal Rappy which you will not garunteed see in one run of Forest, but you may.

He said that mericarol and delbiters are regular enemys, look at the drop rate of the items compared to others
Look thats the viridia and bluefull drop

The bluefull one isnt as rare thats why it isnt considered a 12 star drop, it has the same rarity as an agito 1975 (if im not mistaken :ermm: )

Yes, to clear it up, Psycho Wand and Heaven Punisher drop as 11-star weapons in 2 IDs each.

Heaven Punisher drops as an 11 stars in Skyly and Purplenum.

Psycho Wand drops as an 11 stars in Bluefull and Oran.

If you take off rare monsters (Cave Mil Lily for Purplenum, Forest Hildetorr for Bluefull), they do not have a 12-star drop.

As for the ongoing riddle, I have no idea, maybeh gib hints? =s
