You are only a raft going through the sewer and hes like a giant snake. (not me - lol!)

Unless your hunter or force you gotta keep waiting till the worm jumps on the raft then attack his head.
Watch out for the tenticales.
if your a force and know rafoe (or ne character that knows rafoe you can hit all 15 week spots with ech atack as long as he is by the side of the raft (not on it, if your a force unless your a fomar run out of rang of hes tenticols, if u are rush in and 3 norm hit comdo then run and hill miss then do that over and over)
I am a HUmar @ lv 15. I might just train up to about lv 20 to get loadsa HP and try then!

Try to get to lv 20 and see if u can use Gizonde and a Partizan when it lands.
I would reccomenned being about lv 20 or so. My legit hunter couldnt beat him till lv 21.

I did it with my Ramar at lv.9(No mags or god units).
But it took around an hour.
