Err... my router gives me the message "error there is another user with the same IP address on this network" and nothing happens
DDoS = direct denial of service
Basically, when I do it to you, I kick you and everyone else on your ISP hub off the internet. It gets REAL annoying after about the 5th time, because it takes forever for the connection to come back, or at least, that's what happens in MY experiance, but of course...my DSL/router is a piece of shit, so that could be something besides the DDoS causing that lag time.

PSOGC died last year. I don't care what goes on in that game, I don't worry about that game. If Ethan(I've met him before) and the others really are trying to save PSO, then they've done it before thier time to actually start doing it began. My personal opinion however..the things that happened on PSOGC will never be worse than what transpired in PSODC.
FFXI was hit by DDoS, so I know all about that. It is pretty nasty indeed.
Well, kohles second proxy can do almost everything that was done on psodc, which yes, was hacked straight to hell and had things on it that the people of psogc never saw unless they played psogc..

I can't wait till PSU, simply to see a clean slate. It will be good until people start hacking it. If people would stop screwing with online games, it would be better for everybody. I mean seriously, what do you get out of it? A higher online level, a couple of rares? For example, on XBL Halo 2, a lot of people standbyed to get a higher level - the downside is A) They still suck, therefore their level means nothing, B) They screw over the game for everyone else, and C) Everyone hates them so they have no friends and have to go to prom with their mom.
Quite a few people are already planning on hacking PSU... I'm gonna play legit for a while, but probably start code testing and such when it's ready. Stand bying yourself on halo 2 isn't hacking, it's a stupid exploit... But I actually played a lot of halo 2 to get my rank up to 13.
