XP users should know this annoyance. It's called Messenger Service and pops up with a load of crap :l
PLease someone tell me how to disabled it, I forgot dammit...

What the? Is that just like a little program error, or does it say that when you start windows up :S

Oh! Yeah! That's great! That's what I used to spam every computer in the school, except I put the command in a loop!
Anyway, to turn it off, make sure you're the administrator, and do the following:
--- Start/Run OR Start/Execute
--- Type services.msc, click OK
--- In the services window, find the service named messenger, stop it.
Alternatively, the uber leet haxor way to make your friends go " :O " is to go to Start/Run OR Start/Execute, type cmd, and in the command prompt, type NET STOP Messenger.
Hope that solves it?

Don't see anything about the images, but no probs for the Messenger majig. Always here when you need a geek!
Btw, you ought to check for some kind of spyware/adware, because that to me looks like an advert. It might do to search all *.bat files for the words NET SEND in, and check 'em out.

I have lots of adware on my computer and its VERY annoying. Would i just look for .bat files, and delete any i find?
I don't have that problem (sorry for bragging).
I have
AVG Anti Virus and
Ad-Aware installed and so far I haven't had any problems...
Maybe it's something to do with AOL?
