Its 100% a coincidence that that happened at exactly level 50. It willnot happen to you, no matter which character you use the risk is the exact same. On my un-official card I got my Hucast to level 110 and only corrupted because of some little shit FSODXing me online!
well, just to be safe ill buy another memory card and put my humar on that one.
The person who had their memory card corrupt was also pretty careless with it.
He would switch memory cards during the start screen, after doing that for so long I believe his memory card was going to corrupt sometime soon. Coincidence at level 50.
Final message: Having 4 characters on 1 memory card is fine to do, as long as you take care of your memory card. Take it out only when the Gamecube is safely shut off, and to not try to reconfigure the data.

Do what everyone else does, make a copy of your best items and keep those copies on a seperate file. That way, if you do corrupt, you'll have your best items.

how do i copy items? i know there is a thread out there that shows how but im too lazy to look for it.

and to be smart with corruption after my 1st corruption i learned from it , so what i did was buy 2 more mem.cards and then didnt have ALL! my good chars on 1 memory card. i put at least 1 good character on each memory card just in case 1 goes corrupt ill still have a good character

And good idea, all I want are my items, I can level my character up to lv.86 again easily.
