make the image smaller, add some writing.

i dont know how to make the image smaller and i don't know what to write

if you have powerpoint, put the image there, put your name or....something, select all, then save as an image(don't rezize), open again the new image, rezize and save until the size is at your desire, left click, save as an image, select the format (jpg,gif,png....)
my sig.....was made by that process

do you have office (exel, word, powerpoint,outlook...) microsoft powerpoint.

i use imageshacks to upload the image and then to put it here.http://www.imageshack.us/

all i need to know now is how to make my sig pic smaller then i'll be fine

use the powerpoint, you can rezize the image, save as image (right click), check the image size, .....too big....then go again to the powerpoint rezize again.....repeat until it is small (may take several tries) 8/10

so on powerpoint i insert my image and resize it using the white boxes in the corners then save as a jpeg is that right?
