Comments:
1. There's a 1-pixel light coloured vertical line at the right
2. HUGO has lost his sec-ID
3. IMO, the glowy emblems would look better if they had a space between them and the banner

I'm only going to subtract 0.1 for all this. The PSO-relatedness of it makes it an instant winner.

Edit: Oh shoot, I forgot that the next person had to rate my sig. Just ignore it, there's nothing to rate! ^^;

Edit 2: That's perfect now, K_I_R_E_E_K. I'm impressed you can make such sigs using just Powerpoint, and I feel that you are giving mine 10 just out of politeness. XD It's alright, be honest. I can take it!

1- that vertical line sometimes appear in my sigs since they are made in powerpoint.....sometimes
2-section id is there.....(i think)
3- a space.........hmmmm...how much space?

Heh, this is basic. I suck at Photoshopping stuff still as far as sigs go. And it does remind me of someone.
