there is, most the special vulcs are, im using a pair of l+k with 35% hit. very useful, and more powerful than vulcans. vulcans are the best non-rares that caqn be found.

That's because in normal any weapon type is great (well, still except Inferno Bazooka, Drill Launcher, Rocket Punch, S-rank Punch and Belra Bazooka), that does not mean Twin Psychoguns are good.

Could you explain why Berserk/Spirit would be wasted on an S-rank Mechgun (even though M&A60 Vise would do the job as well, since it can have hit but despite its lower ATP)?
Also, M&A60 Vise is a lot easier to get with hit than a Berserk Vulcan with hit. X_X

I was saying that Twin Psychoguns are great for getting through hard mode, I know they aren't good later on in the game.
