my best ever weapon percentage is my h&s25 justice, 80% dark
could've been 90% through tekking but i said yes...
%'s on mechs arent that gr8, except for bragging rights.. 55% a beast!! w00t!
(thats on some mechs, you know the special ones that have beserk for their special...)

greatest hit%: 65% on a Giest Gladius (adds over 100 ATA!), and 55% hit on my L&K Combat (pwns j00, jarl!)
other %: I rember I found some sort of cruddy Dim Diska-type weapon and it had a high % in something but I forget what... Doesn't matter either because I sold it.
I think that I currently own nothing with any % higher than either of those 2 hit%

Well my highest legit percentage has been 60% Machine from a Hell gladius.
(Found in Mines. I sold it.)
Then a few weapons I got from my friend had 0/100/100/100.
Another had 100/0/0/75/20.
I never use them though, it's too easy to kill with them.
0/100/100/100 is probably a hack/dupe..... Either that or every box your friend finds has a PD in it.
