Indeed... I've said several times that ep4 looked like a gigantic OMG LOOKIT TEH GRAFIX fest. Now granted, the second half of ep2 (particularly CCA) was the same way... but it had all the stuff you mention above to back it up (I remember the first time I saw a Gibbles, I was like WHOAMG wtf is that?? *dies*

)

Heh, yeah, like my first time playing Towers (bear in mind I played ep4 before Towers, as I didn't have access to online on GC). I was in awe.
Remember EpII was the first time we fought monsters of the same area with different attributes, that's a major improvement from EpI, probably the greatest ever.
Also, GDV and Seabed monsters are very different from EpI monsters in their basic mechanics.
In EpI, Bartle, Barble, Tollaw, Vulmer, GoVulmer, Melqueek, Arlan, Merlan, Del-D all share the same A.I., that's NINE monsters using the same mechanics.
Gillchich and Dubchich share the same A.I., too.
In EpII, even basic monsters behave differently.
Meriltas can counterattack and poison you while Merillia can't.
Ul Gibbon and Zol Gibbon don't spit out the same techniques, and Zol Gibbon can paralyze you.
Dolmdarl can trap you in energy circles, Dolmolm can't.
Not mentioning the other EpII monsters, which use for the vast majority completely new A.I.
The A.I. of EpII monsters is an amazing improvement.
Then comes the setting; most EpI areas are flat, whereas the land in EpII is a lot more interesting, and can be used to your advantage, etc.
Then graphic improvement, increased difficulty, etc.
I know this is a bit off topic at this point but I can't help myself from reading Kef's descriptions of EP4 weapons XD. Anyways I think you missed one thing about Slicer of Fanatic is that it has rifle range? I haven't played BB yet so I I'm not sure of the weapon capabilities.
edit: O yeah later on today I was reading this guide
http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op...artid=2423 Is it true you can get a Tripolic Shield in normal O.o lol
soon the only SJS's with value on BB would be the ones with hit, as they dont come from DDw/BP >.>

Nope, check the database here, it is very accurate. I have used a Slicer of Fanatic for months, it has better range, but not by much.

There were actually two versions of DDwBP released on JPBB. The second one removed SJS and Prophets of Motav from the prize list. I think it highly likely USBB will get the second version, and will be annoyed if the first one is released.

I believe Sealed J sword and Prophets of Motav will not be making an appearance. and it isnt as if all the incredibly rare stuff is featured... just... all... the... stuff... i... use... now... DAMMIT!
