  ISP problems again
Posted by: Poo Fly - 12-12-2006, 02:32 AM - Forum: Lobby - Replies (6)

heyhey! hope everyones excited about christmas Smile best time of year for me, i love the feeling ^^

anyways, my ISP, BT talktalk has screwed up again, its the same problem i had last time, with the incredibly limited internet access, no way of getting into hotmail or MSN, or uploading stuff, and so on.

the point of this post is to say that i may not be around here much due to this, i'm suprised its let me on now to be honest.

i can still play PSU, there are times when it'll let me on the game for a while (although i havent successfully completed a run for a few days now, due to d/cs) and if i can get past gameguard, i can play offline, so i'll still try my best to gather up necessary pictures and stuff for databases, but it looks like i won't be able to add them until after this is over again, same with artwork (doing an Xmas one that i want up before the 25th ;-; )

we'll be changing ISPs as soon as humanly possible, but with these people it could take a little while, so hopefully, i'll see you in PSU with all my disconnectyness, or maybe MSNM if it'll ever let me on, or here on the occasions i can get on Smile

ok, so its being an idiot and not letting me do longer posts, or edit anything now either :/ so if a general chat mod could delete this here post and merge the other two, i'd be very grateful Smile

EDIT by Pink: Done and done as requested Poo Fly.

Some people are either really dumb...

...Or just have a really good community spirit.

I just picked up a Light Partizan from a Player Shop...

...For 1000 Meseta.

24% Light, too.

It's crazy - it's a 290 loss compared to selling it to an NPC!

It's like this:

You know how some of the hacked weapons on PSO had white Photon?

Well, I was in Linear Line on Uni 01 with a party earlier today, and, logically, I equipped myself appropriately, choosing my Light Breaker.

...Yeeeaaahh... that wasn't a pleasant experience.

I didn't get booted or anything, probably because I described the weapon as Light Elemental (Like it is), but the implication of hacking unsettled me.

I felt mean getting both the trees found in a single run, so I gave one away Smile

  Online Mode Store Prices
Posted by: Namillus - 11-12-2006, 02:02 PM - Forum: Lobby - No Replies

This topic's function is a quick reference for players browsing player shops, so they can judge a fair price without having to trek back and forth from a major retailer to check the NPC prices. It could probably benefit from stickying.

(Warning: Exhaustive Lists follow.)

If you are a console player, it may be best to copy relevant sections of this list into a Notepad file, then print it off for easy reference.

  Offline Extra Mode
Posted by: magicman34 - 10-12-2006, 11:46 PM - Forum: Lobby - Replies (2)

Well, when you can't get online for 5 hours due to your internet provider, what else do you do but try Extra mode.

Talk about money, you have so much it's hard to know what to do with it all. I decided to try making a PM evolve, and it's so easy. Level 10 it evolves, then again at 20 and when you hit 30, you get your little helper to go fighting with you. No messing around waiting to feed, you just stuff the thing till she pops out, took about 2 hours inc coffee breaks.

Question - Does she still need feeding up to level 100 or is that different to?

The only down side is, no passing stuff through a common box to other characters.

  Pesky Belras

When ever you are fighting Belras, remember two things:
1. Belras are extremely weak against Zonde and GrantsSmile
2. Belras can get dizy! I just learned this yesterday. You spin around any belra (In ultimate or normal modes) so they can't see you, and they'll become drunk little bastards!Tongue
