like the name of the thread says i F*@%ed up on my GC PSO episode 1 and 2 save data. i was using my IVAN level 111 for multiplayer. well when we quit it wouldnt let me send over my character to my memcard well then i got the idea to cancel the transfer and now i have two of the same character but one is stronger than the other should i use the original to play online or the copy?? the copy is stronger and has all the weapons but can only play multiplayer while the original can play all, and the memcard the original is on is really old and bent out of shape sometimes it doesnt pick up and asks me to format it and i say no take it out put it back in and it works. theni decided to copy my four original characters to my other memcards(i have 4 total)but here is another weird part when i copied my last charcter both the original and copy had the same items money and weapons while the others didntGlItChY :S ....... huh has this ever hapened to any of you???? or is it just me.....

Well I have been playing PSO since the heady days of the dreamcast but I need some info.
I have not played for a long time and my Mem cards were lost / thrown out quite some time ago so I approached a friend. As he no longer plays he gave me some stuff. One item is a Christmas present but I dont know how to get the item from this..is it via the Tecker? Many thanks!
P.S I only ever have played offline so this is all exciting and new for me!!

Picture the scene, A monster drops an item, it's a free-for-all grab fest! That's what MMOs are all about. But no, now it's "OMFgz I killed that monster/I hunted that for ages it's rightfully mine! You stole it!" - If you're one of these people, please remove yourself from the online community.

Now, I'm not usually one to rant but there is an upward trend starting where people are claiming that an item they want that you took from the floor was stolen from them.

It was not your item. It was dropped by the monster. If I stole it from anywhere, it would be the monsters looted corpse. Some people need to stop being such crybabies, if you want a 100% chance of being the person to get the item, play offline. People online do not owe you anything. Just because you're playing, watching your screen, does not mean everything that appears on your television set is rightfully yours.

If you drop an item on the floor on P2 and someone takes it, as immoral as it is (I wouldn't take items like that) it's still you're own fault. The fact is only items in your inventory and bank are classed as yours. If you willingly give an item to the floor, what do you expect? Not everyone is nice. And the reason there is no trade window in quests isn't because "OmFGz!!11 ST is st00pid!" it's because you have made a commitment to play the quest (some quest elements are timed) and you should not be blathering around on P2 trading! Help your team!

The only real stealing in PSO is when hackers use codes to steal from you. It is only an electronic representation of a sword or whatever, get over it.

Back in the good old DC days you used to drop your weapon and meseta when you died, when someone took that item people claimed it was stealing. It's not stealing, it was an element designed into the game.

Please people, for the love of God, accept loss as part of the game!

What do other people feel about this topic?

I just need it to say 'snow.king'. Give it a cool, fairly technical look. If you can work in a picture of drums or electric guitar that would work, but it's not a necessity. About the size of the one in my signature. Perhaps a bluey white look. No biggie.

what level should i idealy be to beat this guy im a lvl 34 now, ive never got that far on ep 2 before, and soley stook to ep 1, and since i messd u[p my data i started again, but ep 2 has seemd to be quite difficult for my level ( im on normal btw)

i got 270hp and he took that off in 1 swipe, this was after the lift, i beat him there.

Last year (2005) around october i had three really good friends called Demon (a level 77 Humar) Glendon (a lvl 50 something RAmar who also had a FOnewm called Branchin who was level 50 odd) and Dark elf a level 120 something FOnewearl but after november my account ran out of credit and my files got corrupted and had to be deleted so now i'm back online awith a new file and i'm trying to find my three friends if anyone finds them (on GC Pso 1 and 2) could you tell them that W0LF (thats me) has a new data called Shinoda (with a space at the end) and he would like to meet up.

If anyone can help tracking them down i would be Very Grateful as me and my three mates have had lots of adventuring together (first met during a forest run and we went on all through episode 1 then TTF as well) so anyway if you meet tham at all on episode 1 and 2 can you pass on the message thanks for your time
