I recently bought myself a copy of the PS2 version of Ambition of the Illuminus which I was planning on playing the online version of PSU through but unfortunately due to a lack of time to playing online games, I've decided to sell it instead.

Okay I finally got myself into Gunmaster in the PSP version. But! Im having no speed boost, neither I get level 31-50 bullets, level 30 is the limit, what the hell? I already capped my rifle by now but, I do neither half of the damage I used to be as Fortegunner in online mode! >_> Neither I have knockback bonus with rifle, seems more like the GM is like the Fortegunner without updates, meh Im so dissapointed, I wanted to rock as gunner, no fair! Now I must find a way to get back to online PSU, Gunners are my class of choice T_T

Althou my class of choice is Fortegunner. I'm really great using Fortefighter.

Well, the SCHT BB server is going down pretty consistantly now and reports of lost items is becoming (unfortunately ) common. This is supposedly caused by the VPS crashing every now and again and Crono and the gang are working to fix it. In the meantime: approach BB with caution, im trying to wean myself off it (the 10 day Hawaiin vacation helped lol). Horizon is down indefinately for the duration

Well, I got myself the copy of JP PSU for PSP, Im really enjoying the title, I made the same character I got online as well (And atm drawing a fanart of her to make it DP and Signature for this forum acc). I spotted a new class that it doesn't exist in the Japanese Online mode, The Acromaster, this class has an insane speed boost, their stats seems above from the Protranser, and has a more variated Weapon selection! Cannot mention them all, but I can say you got from double-saber, Broadswords (Do not understimate Broadsword, in PSP they do more damage than spears!), claws, slicer, whips to Rifles, grenade launcher, laser cannon, crossbow up to Madoogs and Shadoogs and wands and rods so they can Cast TECHs as well. Hmmm it has a lot of weapon variety but I think the only race that can make all this be useful and dont have useless stuff is the Human, with a good balanced stat build on defense, a decent attack power and TECH combat, seems they made a class that only Humans can excel! The weak flaw of this class is the lack of traps and their PA limit is 30 all, unlike the master classes that PAs can reach up to 50 but only by the orientation of the class. I think if you can pump every useful PA of each of these weapon selection you could actually do stages without difficulty since this class has the capacity to spot all the weaknesses of enemies and bosses if you are human. The complete weapon selection chart you can find it in the PSP section of PSUpedia.

Wisely I think this is a class really convenient to those players like me that plays excellent as each forte class. since they got the weapon selection of each and know in what each forte class is best and what worst, so you will always have a PA and weapon selection for the most convenient way for victory. I think it's not a broken class, if Acromaster is chosed another race it will lack ability in a certain style of combat, making them look specialized not enough compared to the other master classes, and humans AM does not excel nobody in a certain stat or PA, I guess the best thing of these guys is that thanks to their weapon and PA selection and their speed boost they could be the best soloers in PSU.

To evolve to Acromaster you require Hunter, Ranger and Force in 4. (In PSP the MP rates are lower and you need more MP to level up basic classes)

Ok, I'm stuck on the second half of mission 9. There's this beast kid being hunted by the alliance military in the caves on Moatoob. This kid is running through a maze and we have to catch him before the military.

I need help trapping that kid. This is the first mission that I've spent over an hour trying to complete and remained unsuccessful.

Anyone here ever complete the quest on Ultimate with a Force? I have tried it a couple of times but I constantly get stuck at the hunter battle at the beginning of the Spaceship level. I am able to kill the RAmar but the HUnewearl keeps healing herself. She has infinite TP apparently. I hit her and she immediately heals herself and I cannot hit her again for at least ten seconds. Even physical attacks seem to suffer from this bug. Any ideas or strategies that anyone else has used for this part?
