I have gotten to unsealed door, talked to the force near the teleporter, and he won't convert my booma's right arm. Are there any special requirements to convert an enemy part?

I am going to create a RAcast and i do not no whether to have one of these ids (or another) for it. I want to be able to find decent weapons without having to pipe for them, as RAcasts can not use techs, please could you give me your opinion? My other section ids are in signiture

This game has just bin released but i dont know weather to buy it or not. So anyone whos played it, how does it compare to the other resi games? and is it worth buying or should i just wait for resi 4 on the cube?
