Battle Tournament Fixtures - Lee-yoshi - 06-02-2004

It seems that unfortunately, SUPAH CHAO can't play phantasy Star Online anymore because the parents of the house have changed from Dial-Up to Broadband, meaning a new modem adapter is needed. Here's the e-mail reply i recieved:

It seems, unfortunately, that you automatically win. My parents cahnged our dial-up service to Cable, so I need a BBA (And they won't buy me one... in fact, they're happy that I can't play PSO as much now >.>). So I'm getting a job to buy one. But enough about my personal life, how do you feel about winning round 1? ^_^;

isn't that what the reserves are for?

Battle Tournament Fixtures - Lee-yoshi - 06-02-2004

Yup, however which Reserve i'm being drawn against i suppose is to be decided by whoever's in charge!

Mind you if it was Ivan it'd really make his day! lol :p

umm you guys seem to not understand that superchao can still go online. I have broadband in my house but the 56k adapter on my GCN, you just gotta plug it into any phone jack...unless of course you have no more accounts online... All you do is use the dial up number you used to and just use a different email address and password

Battle Tournament Fixtures - Lionheart - 06-02-2004

Yeah i wont lie to you vahn, you probably will lose horribly but its about the fun in cases like that anyway. So its still on for tomorrow right?

Oh yeah and of course my opponent has gone underground again, a few days ago he PMed me saying he wanted the 7th and i wrote back about the times and ive yet to hear a reply. Seeing as the battle is in 15 minutes, he better not stand me up...

Battle Tournament Fixtures - Lee-yoshi - 07-02-2004

E-mailled SUPAH CHAO, and got a reply already! Aparently the Dial-up account hasnt been de-activated, but it will soon! Expect a date soon...

Battle Tournament Fixtures - Lionheart - 08-02-2004

The match was...well it was terribly laggy lol. The lag was awful but that made the fight more interesting. I dashed for the first weapon box and what did i discover? None other than a handgun, so off i ran and had obtained the trimates in less than 40 seconds. However, my joy had quickly run out when a lagging combo from vahn suddenly hit me all at once. I was hurt...badly at that. I shot back and ran, then cast a zonde. He had fallen, leaving me in terrible shape. Then one of the more funnier moments occured, Vahn casted a rafoie and who gets caught in the crossfire?? None other than our hapless referee!! :eek: Congrats to vahn for that stellar kill by the way. This put Vahn in the lead (be it unfairly and not to be counted but still). I scrambled and in the midst of my senseless running i came upon a 10% native saber. This made quick work of vahn not once, not twice, but three times running (along with the trimates and traps of course Cool ). In the end, victory was mine, but not nearly as easily has i had initially figured. Vahn deserves big props for standing so well as a RAmar, of all things, against me. Final score-
Lion-5 kills, 2000 pts, Vahn-3 kills, -999pts, and of course, Ragol Ref-0 kills, -1000pts (godspeed little buddy Sad ). Oh and our levels were Lion-lv16, Vahn-lv26 and Ragol Ref- lv6
