Sooooooooooooo, the transfering of the data is whats illegal? Cause if so, I'll tell ya whats illegal. Sega's torture of corupption. Not to mention the make us find some crazy twisted up way to move the memory....It should just be RIGHT THERE! In your face, "do you wanna move this file?". can't you do a backup save file ?
i on dc discovered a way of making a backup save file.
it's not hard , you may think it cannot be done but the reality is that the game don't let you do a double save.

It cant be done on GC, atleast that I know of. The transfer of the data illegal? maybe you'd have to carefully read the ToS
