As said before, you should just keep on 'bonding' with her...getting closer and closer until the right time to ask her out. She does like you, you can tell...if she wanted anything else from you, she would have tried it by now....such as sex, money, etc. Maybe she wants the same thing from you, she's just not ready to break up with her current relationship with Frenchie guy..haha...
Soo...My advice, just keep it up, doing good man...you even have a band..if your good...you'll defanitly win.

I'm sorry to have to say this but it kind of reminds me of a situation I was in two years ago. I had a friend that I had a crush on and so I began to bond more with her. When I finally got around to asking her out, she thought of me more as a friend and because of this said no. This is probably going to be somewhat of a downer, but that does not mean that this is the same case with you.

being the same age as you, and being a girl, i would say she must be interested if shes willing to go to a concert with you, your a good guy, i know that for sure, and im sure she will know that pretty soon, treat her good!(i know you would anyway) dont ever give up a chance to make her feel special..even flirt with her, so she knows your interested..just dont come onto her,she has a boyfriend that might offend her

anjuri i found i way u might be able 2 help him a ton. tell him what females act like when they are around someone they like. so if u would tell him that maybe he could tell if she likes or loves or wants to be freinds with him.

well my friend, thats a good question! lmao, when i first liked my boyfriend before we were going out, i had like no confidence, i couldnt talkt o him without my eyes wattering up, i couldnt even look him in the eyes as he talked :| i was a nervous wreck, im ashamed to say so lol! well anyways, when i was around him i was completely shy, i kept my distance when we were talking, i didnt flirtt at all, but! some girls are different, some girls touch the guy(not inapppropriately
) some flirt like none before, some just be themselves, talk about certain interests, try to find things incommon with the guy...thats kinda like how i was, i was a nervous wreck around him but when we talked i tried to find out things we had incommon and talk about those things mainly.....sometimes i would go out of my way to ask him questions about certain bands, or video games taht we shared interests in....thats just how i am....im very different from a lot of girls though so i couldnt really tell you exactly how girls act...thts just how i am , and what ive witnessed
