Uhhhh..... no. There are not that many Rappies and there are only 0 or 4 Hildelts (quest extension). The 4 Hildelts are really good for Torr piping in PSO+ however.

first time I did TTF with my FOmar I found one of those red slimes..killed it..it was on hard mode...got a common item..but I found a red slime in my first TTF with him ^^

You still aren't 75% garunteed because there aren't enough Rappies or Hildelts to become rare, just be quiet about that while your behind.
The best odds of seeing a rare in a run are about 9% in FiY, and there you only find Rappies. (offline that is, don't know about online)

I am currently piping all rares monsters, in ultimate, to get their rare weapons. I am Redria, and I have found these weapons:

Episode 1:
Pal Rappy - Piped in "Fake In Yellow" for 30 minutes - I got a Red Handgun (1/2)
Mil lily - No quest - Piped for 1 hour - Meseta
2nd Mil Lily - No quest - Piped for one hour - (Finally) Got Demoltion Comet (1/2)
Pouilly Slime, I piped 5 of them. Each one tooked like 2(!!!) hours to finally appears. When I killed the 5th I got my Lavis Cannon

Mil Lily - no quest - Piped for 30 minutes - Got windmill (1/2)

Piping may take forever or 5 minutes, you just have to be lucky
I put those things up there, to you have an idea of how much time you have to pipe, more or less. And how many times would be needed to pipe the rare enemies.
Pouilly Slime have to be piped more times to get the Special weapon, cause the chances are more difficult, of getting the Special Weapon (1/22).

I got my Heart of Poumn last night after thirty minutes of piping a Love Rappy. Then once long ago in V-hard, with my Purplenum, it took about two and a half hours of piping to find one..........that's the luck of the draw. My Skyly seems to find rares REALLY easily though.....first Ultimate Love Rappy dropped meh HoP. It must be retribution for my Pinkal not finding sh*t....
