Well, yes and no. People on these forums have seen at least 3 rare enemies in one room before, but it would take some time, yes.

Yeah, is there something that ups the rate of them appearing when there is one? Because everytime I've seen any, there have been more than one.

dang ive only seen one at a time. Of course ive only piped for a decent amount of time(above 5 mins) once to get my God/hps. Still i found the mils one at a time. You guys are too lucky.

I saw 2 Mil Lilles at once when hunting the Agito 1975. It turns out the odds of that were about 1/30,000 on each pipe. Neither dropped it though (1/21 chance, took about 35).
Too legit to quit.
