Well, yes and no. People on these forums have seen at least 3 rare enemies in one room before, but it would take some time, yes.

dang ive only seen one at a time. Of course ive only piped for a decent amount of time(above 5 mins) once to get my God/hps. Still i found the mils one at a time. You guys are too lucky.

I saw 2 Mil Lilles at once when hunting the Agito 1975. It turns out the odds of that were about 1/30,000 on each pipe. Neither dropped it though (1/21 chance, took about 35).
