I've been refered to PSO BB by a staff member and went to download and install. But ever time I try to do something I receive the following message block when trying to install...

Clicking retry doesnât do anything, Abort canels and Ignore installs. Then I get the following messageblock...

Yep, there are several places you can download it from, and i'd consider a re-download.

Try doing it all from a different Windows account.
Does your PC meet the minmum specs? Check here.
Check that your drivers are the latest version for your graphics, sound, motherboard and network cards.
When connecting to PSO -
Turn off automatic updates. (Windows/Antivirus/etc.)
Try temporarily lowering your antivirus settings.
