I've been refered to PSO BB by a staff member and went to download and install. But ever time I try to do something I receive the following message block when trying to install...

The source is corrupted

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort to canel installation.

Clicking retry doesn’t do anything, Abort canels and Ignore installs. Then I get the following messageblock...

Can anyone help me?

Hmm. Try downloading the file from somewhere else, I'd say...

Try doing it all from a different Windows account.

Does your PC meet the minmum specs? Check here.

Check that your drivers are the latest version for your graphics, sound, motherboard and network cards.

When connecting to PSO -
Turn off automatic updates. (Windows/Antivirus/etc.)
Try temporarily lowering your antivirus settings.

Well got a reply from SEGA today. there was something wrong with the installer. Ive been on for a fe hours now...
