help with an avatar thingy

ok i have a .gif but its to big for my avatar so any1 here able to make it the

try a windows picture editor eg paint photo somthing or other and shrinking it maybe i dont know you could always try it

well i got it croped but for some reason it keeps changeign the format sorry lee
