I just found out that quest drop rates are altered. Will that effect me finding the Hildeblue and possibly ruining me finding a Photon Claw and or Flowens sword? Photon Claw drop rate hard Hildablue for Skyly is 7/8 and FS is hard Skyly Hildabear 1/46.

What are you actually talking about? The drop rates are the same as ever if you're not playing online.
