Imported Xbox Games. How?

I was just wondering, how do I play imported Xbox games on my PAL xbox? I know that one GC theres a thing you can buy called 'Freeloader'. Is there anything like that for Xbox coz I'd really appreciate it if someone could help. Thanks.

does it include modding my xbox at all? |
